Curious about mining in California after the discovery of gold? Join Friends of Sutter’s Fort for a specially curated talk and display featuring the California State Library’s collection of mining materials. We’ll have the unique opportunity to view up-close historic documents and artifacts, interact with the Library’s knowledgeable librarians, and (if you choose) conduct our own research after the presentation.

Limit of 10 people.

This presentation will run approximately one hour and is FREE to Friends of Sutter’s Fort members and their guest.

Not a member? Take advantage of our special membership offer and join today!
