Last month, we celebrated Earth Day with the heartwarming adventure of Free Willy. It was a blast to watch Willy and Jesse on walls of the Fort as we cheered them on.
This month, we’re turning up the heat with Grease (Rockin’ Rydell Edition), the ultimate high school musical. Join us this Saturday for a night of singing, dancing and nostalgia. The fun starts at 7PM with live music from Mike Ely, who will rock your socks off with hits from the 50’s and 60’s. You can also treat yourself to some delicious VolksWaffle desserts, refreshing beverages and candy.The movie will begin shortly after sunset (around 8:15PM). Don’t forget to dress up as your favorite character. You might even win a prize for your costume!
Be sure to mark your calendars for June 10, when we’ll be showing Newsies, the Disney musical that tells the story of a group of young newspaper sellers who stand up to powerful tycoons. Starring Christian Bale and Robert Duvall, this movie will inspire you to seize the day!
