Acorn Day returns to the California State Indian Museum on Saturday, October 14th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn the art of acorn processing from cultural practitioner Diana Almendariz and her family, as they demonstrate grinding acorns and cooking acorn flour with hot stones. Visitors of all ages can enjoy hands-on activities and crafts.
