Join Friends of Sutter’s Fort and California State Parks for Haunted Fort – a two-night, family-friendly event that allows you to explore the nooks and crannies of Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park on your own, after dark!
Stroll the storied rooms and weathered courtyards of Sutter’s Fort with only the moonlight to guide you for fun opportunities to learn more about the history of early California.
Docents dressed in historic attire will be waiting for you at different interactive stations throughout Sutter’s Fort, ready to share their spooky and disturbing stories from pioneer life in the 1800s.
