Youth Art Contest
Friends of Sutter’s Fort is pleased to announce our inaugural Youth Art Contest. We encourage youth to explore the benefits of parks and participate in this art contest to share “What parks mean to me”.
The primary goal of this contest is to promote the many benefits of parks on individuals and communities. There are many reasons that parks are meaningful. Parks provide numerous recreational opportunities, health and wellness benefits and educational programs for community members of all ages. Parks also protect and preserve natural and cultural resources.
